Meet Company strategic initiatives and objectives by characterizing and analyzing network capacity utilization, forecasting network capacity requirements, determining when capacity will exhaust, and determining when network capacity will be increased, ensuring no occurrences of capacity exhaust.

Capacity management:
- Proactively manage upstream IP transit capacity and review daily and weekly usage reports to ensure highly available, efficient and cost effective utilization 

Network planning: 
- Engineer solution to consolidate ASN's into a single, scalable, Internet routing domain. 
- Define overall ASN consolidation strategy and establish Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in support of executing the underlying tactical objectives.
- Assign timelines to WBS elements and manage Project Critical Path.
- Establish and maintain up-to-date network diagrams.
- Establish and maintain virtual inventory of all assigned IP Address resources.
- Ensure that company adheres to policies, Internet Governance and Best Common Practices as it relates to IP Address management and records including SWIP and Routing Registry.
- Review Customer IP address justification requests and ensure that company maintains strict adherence to defined policies.
- Conduct supply/demand and/or trend analyses and make proactive capacity planning decisions and recommendations to mitigate risk relating to service level requirements.
- Define and manage IPv6 implementation and migration strategy. 

OPEX/CAPEX management:
- Optimize and consolidate to realize network efficiencies and economies of scale as it relates to upstream Internet Transit Providers. 

Project management:
- Coordinate and write up ASN migration objectives in a Method Of Procedure (MOP)
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
